Frozen onion is prepared from freshly harvested, firm, and pungent onions that are cleaned, peeled, and processed into cubes, slices, or left whole, then frozen using Individually Quick Frozen (IQF) or block freezing technology. This process helps retain the natural pungency, texture, and flavor of raw onions while offering convenience, consistency, and extended shelf life.
Available Product Forms:
Frozen Onion Cubes
– Uniform diced pieces (typically 8–12 mm or as specified)
– Ideal for cooking, sautéing, and processed foods
Frozen Onion Slices
– Thin to medium slices (2–5 mm), ring or half-moon shaped
– Suitable for stir-fries, grills, and ready meals
Frozen Whole Onion
– Small to medium whole peeled onions
– Best for roasting, stuffing, or industrial applications
Storage & Shelf Life:
Storage Temperature: -18°C (0°F) or lower
Shelf Life: 12–18 months under proper frozen storage
Post-Opening: Reseal and use within a few days. Do not refreeze unless cooked

Retail Packs: 200, 400g, 500g, 1kg in pouches
Bulk Packs: 5kg, 10kg in LDPE bags or cartons for HoReCa and industry
