Frozen garlic is made from fresh, mature garlic cloves that are peeled, cleaned, processed (either chopped, minced, crushed, or whole), and quickly frozen using IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) technology. This preserves the natural flavor, aroma, and nutritional value of fresh garlic while offering the convenience of extended shelf life and easy usage without the need for peeling or chopping.

IQF Whole Garlic Cloves – Intact, peeled cloves
Chopped Garlic – Coarsely chopped pieces
Minced Garlic – Finely chopped or minced for immediate cooking use
Crushed Garlic – Soft, paste-like texture suitable for marinades, sauces
Storage & Shelf Life:
Storage Conditions: Store at or below -18°C (0°F)
Shelf Life: 12–18 months under frozen conditions
After Opening: Reseal tightly and use within a few days; do not refreeze unless cooked
