This process preserves the vegetable’s natural flavor, texture, nutritional value, and bright white appearance, while offering convenience, consistency, and a long shelf life.
Storage & Shelf Life:
Storage: Keep frozen at or below -18°C (0°F)
Shelf Life: 12 to 18 months under proper frozen conditions
After Opening: Reseal and use within a few days; do not refreeze unless cooked
Packaging Options:
Retail Packs: 200G, 400g, 500g, 1kg in sealed polybags or pouches
Bulk Packs: 5kg, 10kg, 25kg in LDPE bags and cartons
Private Label & Custom Packaging: Available on request
