Frozen carrots are prepared from freshly harvested, high-quality carrots that are cleaned, peeled, cut (into desired shapes), blanched, and individually quick frozen (IQF). The freezing process locks in their natural sweetness, bright color, and nutritional value while providing a convenient, ready-to-use solution for both domestic and commercial kitchens.
Storage & Shelf Life:
Storage Temperature: Store at or below -18°C (0°F)
Shelf Life: 12–18 months under proper frozen storage
After Opening: Keep sealed; use within a few days. Do not refreeze unless cooked

Retail Packs: 200g, 400g, 500g, 1kg laminated pouches
Bulk Packs: 5kg, 10kg, 30kg LDPE or BOPP bags for HoReCa and food processors
