The freezing process preserves the vegetable’s natural bitterness, crisp texture, and nutritional value while extending its shelf life and offering year-round availability.

Storage Conditions: Store at or below -18°C (0°F)
Shelf Life: 12 to 18 months under proper frozen storage
Post-Opening: Reseal and use within a few days; avoid refreezing unless cooked
Packaging Options:
Retail Packs: 200g, 400g, 500g, 1kg in sealed LDPE or laminated pouches
Bulk Packs: 5kg, 10kg, 30kg for HoReCa or industrial use
